1. Digital Product Purchases

  • Once a product (e.g., software, subscription, course, or digital file) is purchased and delivered (via download link or email), it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Incorrect product selection.
    • Compatibility issues due to your device/software (please check requirements before purchase).

2. Duplicate or Wrong Payments

  • In case of duplicate transactions or an error in payment processing, you can contact us at support@dgshoppy.com within 48 hours.
  • After verification, the extra payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Failed Transactions

  • If your payment was deducted but you did not receive the product, please contact our support team with your payment details.
  • Once verified, we will either:
    • Re-send the product access, or
    • Initiate a full refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Since digital products are delivered instantly, order cancellations are not possible once payment is completed.
  • Subscriptions (if any) can be cancelled for future billing cycles, but charges already processed are non-refundable.
